Our philosophy gives us an identity which is critical in developing young players and ensuring parents & players alike, experience something alternative and more professional than many see with their respective grass roots clubs.
It is vital that coaches contribute to this philosophy in their own way, but ensuring that the collective output is consistent.
Basically “all singing off the same hymn sheet, for the same common goal!”
Coaches must also harness belief and confidence in a “no-fear” environment to ensure we can continue to produce players who fit into our playing philosophy.

- Playing attractive, attacking football.
- Playing out from the back to find the spare man.
- Aiming to retain possession for a higher percentage than the opponent.
- Incorporating quick movement of the ball allied to intelligent movement.
- Construct play to work the ball into attacking situations using progressive possession with individual 1v1 qualities.
- Allow players to become independent decision makers within a structured framework & playing style, when they are able to do so.
- Aim to press the ball quickly in transition, in advanced areas when possible, using the touchline as an extra defender & maintain pressure on the opponents.
- Nurture a unique team spirit with discipline, good work ethic and fair play evident in every person involved.
